Michael (Mike) K. Kaczmarek is currently on the Investment Team at Rockbridge Growth Equity, LLC (“Rockbridge”). Rockbridge is a Detroit, Michigan-based private equity firm that invests in the financial and business services, consumer- direct marketing, and sports, media & entertainment industries. At Rockbridge, Mike is responsible for the sourcing, evaluation and management of potential investment opportunities and companies within the Rockbridge portfolio. Mike is currently active at the Board level in many of Rockbridge’s current portfolio companies, including Gas Station TV, Robb Report, Triad Retail Media Protect America and Northcentral University.
Prior to Rockbridge, Mike worked at Pamlico Capital, a private equity firm with approximately $2.5 billion under management. While at Pamlico Capital, Mike focused on the execution of middle market growth equity and leveraged buyout transactions in the business & technology services and communications industries. He also worked in investment banking with Wachovia Securities where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, equity financings and leverage finance transactions for both public and private companies in the technology, media & telecom industries.
Mike earned his Bachelor’s degree from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University, where he graduated with distinction.
